Acceptance of Terms

Description of Service
CreatorFuse HQ provides public creator analytics by aggregating data from official public platform sources. The service is provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Data Accuracy & Estimates
All statistics shown are sourced from public APIs and may not reflect real-time platform data. Earnings estimates are directional calculations based on industry CPM benchmarks — they are NOT actual platform-reported revenue figures. We make no representation as to the accuracy of any displayed metric. Do not make financial decisions based solely on data from this service.
Intellectual Property
All original content, code, and design on CreatorFuse HQ is the property of CreatorFuse HQ and its licensors. Creator names, logos, thumbnails, and channel data remain the intellectual property of the respective creators and platforms. We display this data as permitted under relevant platform API terms of service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download data from CreatorFuse HQ; use automated bots to query the service at unreasonable rates; attempt to circumvent security measures; use the service for any unlawful purpose; or misrepresent data sourced from CreatorFuse HQ as official platform statistics.
Limitation of Liability
CreatorFuse HQ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, reliance on data accuracy, or inability to access the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months, which in most cases is zero.
Third-Party Links
CreatorFuse HQ may link to external creator profiles and platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
