Earnings estimates, growth scores, momentum figures, and rankings displayed on CreatorFuse HQ are algorithmic estimates based on publicly visible metrics and industry-average benchmarks. They are directional signals — not exact figures reported by creators, platforms, or advertisers. CreatorFuse HQ makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or estimate.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service for personal research, professional benchmarking, and educational purposes. You may not: (a) use the Service to build a competing product without written consent; (b) scrape or mass-download data from the Service via automated means; (c) misrepresent estimates from this platform as official platform-reported figures; or (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on CreatorFuse HQ — including but not limited to scoring algorithms, UI layouts, and written content — is the property of CreatorFuse HQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Creator names, logos, and profile images remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Third-Party Platforms
CreatorFuse HQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, or any other platform. References to these platforms are for identification purposes only. Platform policies, data availability, and public metrics are subject to change at any time without notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that data displayed will always be current. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreatorFuse HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any data or estimate displayed.
